We stopped here for a dinner - we picked out our fresh seafood from their selection on display - prawns, calamari, fish - which they bbq for us and served with chips and salad - we enjoyed a wonderful meal on the beach!

Very nice hotel in a great location. The beach is two steps away. The room is clean and with all the necessary amenities. We had breakfast right on the beach, it was included in the price. The staff is very attentive and helpful.

Peacock Hotel was a perfect place to stay if you are attending the Galle test, 10 mins in a tuk tuk from the ground, decent room rate, basic but nice rooms, decent breakfast with eggs made to order and good lunch and evening meal menu including a beach BBQ! The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and the views were excellent of surroundings from the balconies in the hotel

Had a delicious meal at the hotel. Outside of the hotel the tables and chairs are set. Lovely view if the sea. Good for a romantic candle light dinner out too. The sea is few meters away. Customer service is good too.

We didnot stay here but it was next door.Food was consistently good. Not cheap but average price for the beach restaurants. Tables always clean. Staff brilliant and great service. Would recommend. Have free sun beds they just expect you to buy something, I bought a bottle of water and they were happy with that. The staff were fun, professional, attentive and definitely their best asset.

A fantastic little find on the beech front the atmosphere is relaxed, chilled and perfect to spend some time in the sun. The staff are excellent and can offer a 5 star service, are waiter Danuskka was very good and could offer some great advice for local site seeing. The staff are wonderful make you feel comfortable straight away. I absolutely recommend this place, for the food and staff service.
